JudiKing Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the JudiKing platform, accessible via our official website. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click "Register", complete the registration process, or begin using any service provided by JudiKing.

By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately. judiking reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Both documents form a comprehensive agreement between you and JudiKing regarding your use of our platform.

To register and use the JudiKing platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident with permitted internet access.
• Has never been banned or prohibited by JudiKing from using the platform previously.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any online gambling platform.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. judiking reserves the right to request KYC identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to supply the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. judiking recommends taking the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the judiking support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Judiking will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activities carried out using your login credentials will be treated as your own, unless you have reported unauthorized access to us before those activities occurred.

Judiking supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX, as well as e-wallets Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Judiking does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account in question will be subject to investigation.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC identity verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the judiking account.
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Judiking does not charge any processing fees on player withdrawals.

Judiking offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before you can withdraw the bonus value or any winnings derived from it. The following general terms apply to all bonus types:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus value depending on the type of promotion offered.
• Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — slots typically contribute 100% while table games contribute at a lower rate.
• Judiking reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse or an attempt to manipulate promotion terms is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days.

The judiking platform offers over 1,200 games including video slots, Live Casino with real dealers, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting. All games on the judiking platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure all game outcomes are completely random and fair.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round ends and cannot be disputed on the basis of technical issues on the player's end, such as internet disconnection.
• If a technical disruption occurs on judiking's end during an active round, the relevant bet will be fully refunded to the player's account.
• Players must ensure a stable internet connection while playing. judiking is not responsible for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as stated in each game's interface and may vary depending on the active promotion.

To ensure the safety and fairness of all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the judiking platform:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using bots, automated tools, or any AI-assisted method to play games.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intent to play.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or software errors for personal gain.
• Submitting false information or forged identity verification documents during the KYC process.
• Using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the judiking platform.

A judiking account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

Closure at the player's request:

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting the judiking support team.
• Any remaining balance in an active account will be returned to you once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• The closure process takes up to 5 working days to be fully completed.

Closure initiated by judiking:

• Judiking reserves the right to close or suspend any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• In confirmed cases of fraud, all funds in the account may be forfeited as damages.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee after that 12-month period ends.

Self-exclusion at the player's request:

Judiking provides a self-exclusion option for players who feel they need a break from the platform. Self-exclusion can be selected for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. While a self-exclusion period is active, you will not be able to access your account, and no early cancellation will be considered.

The judiking platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and is free from errors, we cannot guarantee platform availability at all times.

Judiking is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or player device failures.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on the platform for any specific purpose.
• Actions by third parties, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks, that are beyond JudiKing's control.

Judiking's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim is made. judiking hereby disclaims all other warranties that may be implied by law to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Judiking reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email to the address registered to your account, or through an in-platform announcement, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes must be implemented immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
